Stonehenge Advisors Inc. ("SAl") is a licensed Real Estate Brokerage firm established in 1996 to serve investors in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. SAI provides our clients quality management with an emphasis on local expertise. The firms experience includes office, and industrial space, multifamily apartments, and retail center management.

Stonehenge Advisors Inc manages a growing office portfolio that now consists of 10 properties with over 964,160 sq. ft. of space. Currently, we also manage Industrial Properties consisting of 400,000 sq. ft. of space.

Residential Property Management and Leasing

Our Property Management & Leasing Team manage our residential properties knowing our assignments are really our tenants home.

Stonehenge Advisors Inc. has been managing Condominium Associations for over 15 years.

Stonehenge Advisors Inc. has developed several multifamily properties.

In addition to the residential apartment management, Stonehenge Advisors has continued to manage a growing office portfolio that now consists of 10 buildings with over 964,160 sq. ft. of space. Currently, Stonehenge Advisors also manages industrial properties consisting of 2 buildings and 400,000 sq. ft. of space.

Currently the firm manages seven residential apartment buildings  in the Philadelphia region. This consists of 850 individual apartment units. Stonehenge Advisors also manages 7 Condominium Buildings consisting of 801 units.

Health Care Properties

Since 2006, Stonehenge Advisors has been involved in the management of Health Care facilities and former Hospitals converted to medical ambulatory use’s and office buildings. These converted buildings maintain some patient beds but the majority is ambulatory care. The Health Care/ medical office portfolio consists of 7 buildings and 610,645 sq.ft. of space.

Stonehenge Advisors is a local company which provides the highest quality management services possible to mid-size and institutional investors. As our headquarters are located in the East Falls section of Philadelphia, we are focused on your building. The attention of its Principal, CFO and Regional Managers allows us to spend the time on the property prior to problems occurring in property management, leasing and accounting. It is important to realize that tenants often want to speak with a supervisor beyond the onsite management and leasing personnel in person and or on the phone. As our Principal and Regional Managers are local this can occur. We are always available for residents to discuss issues. It should be noted that usually these calls happen when an increase in rental rates occur. We expect this to happen at most of our apartment's sites and the on-site team is set up to refer these calls to the Regional Manager and Principal when necessary.

Daniel Sablosky
President
As the principal of the firm, Mr. Daniel A. Sablosky is the executive responsible with managerial oversite of all Stonehenge Advisors Inc.. His primary responsibility is to assure that the management onsite is meeting the expectations and goals of our ownership. Mr. Sablosky believes that “the lease up” and start up a property and delivering results for ownership is the single most important aspect of our management assignments. Mr. Sablosky is involved with weekly meetings with regional staff and property staff at the property to achieve the best result possible. His personal real  estate experience and commitment to the property on behalf of ownership cannot be duplicated.
STEVE
Stephen Boyle
CFO
SAl has appointed it’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Mr. Stephen Boyle, CPA, to be directly involved in the accounting of the property. Mr. Boyle is responsible for final accounting reports and will work with our property accountant to facilitate the property reports that are correct and timely. Mr. Boyle has 30 years’ experience the in Real Estate industry and has been with SAl for 17 years. All accounting services primarily occur off site at SAl HQ located in the Philadelphia Naval Yard.

Rachel Mandelbaum
Senior Property Accountant
Rachel Mandelbaum joined the Stonehenge Team in 2014. She specializes in all aspects of accounting for Residential, Condominium, and Commercial properties. Rachel started her career In Manhattan where she was a financial analyst for a fashion and apparel company. Rachel currently resides in Lower Merion, PA with her husband and two daughters.

 

KRIS
Kris A. Delfino
Regional Property Manager
Kris originally joined Stonehenge in 2012 to manage a private ownership investment property.   After a brief hiatus, she re-joined Stonehenge and resumed her role as Regional Property Manager overseeing a large portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial properties for various clients.

Kris has been in the real estate industry for over 25 years and has a vast knowledge of all aspects of the property management field. She is skilled in accounting, facility management, tenant relations, construction management of tenant and capital improvements. Ms. Delfino has a proven track record having managed several well known projects such as Two Liberty Place, Amtrak’s 30th Street Station, 1760 Market Street, and 1601 Market Street to name a few.

Kris holds her PA Real Estate License and has been educated at Gwynedd Mercy College and Katharine Gibbs Business School. She is an active member of BOMA Philadelphia and was a former board member of PRIDE (Port Richmond Industrial Development Enterprise). She loves outdoor activities such as gardening, biking and the beach, and is an avid reader.

Jennifer McDonnell
Regional Manager
Jennifer McDonnell joined Stonehenge Advisors in 2013. She came to Stonehenge with 18 years of experience in the Property Management field. Jennifer’s experience includes but is not limited to:

Multi-site residential & condominium management/sales, retail & commercial space management & build outs, oversight of multi-million dollar renovation & restoration projects, project management & lease ups. While Center City Philadelphia is where the bulk of Jennifer’s experience has been she also has experience in the New Jersey & Washington DC markets. Jennifer is a proud graduate of West Chester University & also attained her PA Real Estate Sales Person License from Temple University.
